Keperra House Sale
The team at Northside Realty was contacted by a Keperra resident who wanted to sell their property at 35 Camoola Street.
The traditional high-set brick and timber home generated a lot of interest, as it was situated close to public transport and amenities. The home was in a neat but original condition.
Features of this house included:
- 3 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom, with an additional toilet located downstairs
- 3 parking spaces
- 587m2 block
- BBQ area
- Low maintenance gardens
This was an ideal home for first home buyers, investors and even extended families, with multiple living spaces both indoors and out.
It also included an additional separate area downstairs with internal access, which would suit a renter with a teenager or an elderly parent living with the family.
In this case, an investor ended up purchasing the property, due to the fast growth in the suburb and its close proximity to shops, public transport and schools.
How the Keperra Property was Presented for Sale
Before the home was listed for sale it was freshly painted.
As the property was already vacant and had no furniture, we added virtual furniture to the online property listing to allow potential buyers to see what it could look like furnished.
Our impeccable marketing, paired with Bryan’s unique strategy to list this house, saw incredible attendance at its first open home, creating massive competition.
There were 116 potential buyers through the property in 30 minutes, and this resulted in multiple offers and hassle-free sale for our vendors.
The 3-bedroom house sold for $660,750.
